Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Work-From-Home Customer Service - Product Support professional to join our team. This role offers flexible remote work from Chelsea, Massachusetts, with a competitive pay rate of $25-$45 per hour.

As a Customer Service - Product Support representative, you will

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to product inquiries and issues
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
