 What You'll Do: Data Entry
Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets
Transfer data from documents and digital sources into company systems
Maintain accurate and organized records
Ensure information is entered correctly and on time
Data Review
Check data for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct errors or duplicate records
Perform routine quality checks
Follow company data entry standards and procedures
Administrative Support
Organize digital files and documents
Assist with preparing simple reports and summaries
Support data-related requests from internal teams
Keep records updated and easily accessible
Data Security
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Follow company policies for data protection
Maintain secure and accurate records
Ensure compliance with internal procedures
 Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Good typing and computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills
