Senior Inside Sales Representative – Remote (Full-Time)


Location: Remote – must reside in Texas or Florida
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week). Business hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday. Must be available during our core business hours - 9am – 3pm Monday through Friday.


Compensation & Earning Potential:


This is a commission-based sales role designed for high performers who want to control their income. While we offer a guaranteed base of $10/hour in Texas and $14/hour in Florida, most of our sales agents earn significantly more through commissions and bonuses.



  • Commission per sale varies by service — the more you sell, the more you earn

  • Year 1 Average Earnings: $54,519

  • Top Performers: $117K–$159K annually

  • Quarterly performance bonuses

  • Monthly incentive programs

  • Discretionary bonus opportunities


You’ll never earn less than the guaranteed base, but if you’re driven, your earning potential is unlimited.


 


About the Role


This is not a customer service job. This is a high-performance sales role for closers who thrive on hitting targets and earning big. As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at DOT Compliance Group, you’ll handle inbound and outbound sales calls, selling compliance services to trucking companies and owner-operators with DOT numbers. You’ll build relationships, upsell existing clients, and close new business daily.


 


What You’ll Do



  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with transportation professionals

  • Sell DOT compliance services (e.g., Clearinghouse, Hazmat, SCAC, drug testing)

  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

  • Manage leads and follow-ups in our customer relationship management system (CRM)

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals


Who We’re Looking For



  • Proven sales professionals – not customer service reps

  • 2+ years of inside sales, telemarketing, or commission-based sales experience

  • Strong closer with a competitive, goal-driven mindset

  • Excellent communicator with persuasive phone presence

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
